The Student Handbook provides essential information on a range of topics, including graduation requirements, homework and dress code policies, key dates in the school year, and guidelines on serious matters such as bullying and other major infractions. We encourage students and their parents or caregivers to review it together annually to ensure everyone remains well-informed.
The entire BPS community works hard every day to ensure students accelerate their academic achievement, and the safety and well-being of our students is a top priority. Click the link to view the BPS Bullying Prevention Plan .
In addition to meeting academic requirements, students must meet state laws and BPS requirements for school attendance. Regular attendance is key to success; absences make it harder to keep up. Students with good attendance perform better in class and on tests. Parents and Caregivers play a vital role in ensuring their child attends school daily and on time.
